Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver to UK mainland postcodes.
Delivery to non-mainland locations (including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, islands, and offshore locations) is not included as standard and may be subject to additional charges or extended lead times. Please contact us before placing an order if delivery to these locations is required.
Delivery Charges

Free standard delivery is available on all orders delivered to UK mainland postcodes.

Delivery charges for non-mainland locations, oversized items, or specialist delivery services will be quoted separately where applicable.
Delivery Times

Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 working days for UK mainland addresses.

Where a different delivery time applies, this will be clearly stated on the relevant product page or confirmed at the time of order.
Delivery times may vary depending on:
- Product availability
- Supplier or manufacturing lead times
- Oversized or palletised delivery requirements
We do not guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe unless explicitly stated.
Order Processing
Orders are processed on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive confirmation and tracking information where available.
Order cut-off is 2pm for same day processing.
Pallet and Oversized Deliveries
Certain products, including heavy or oversized lifting equipment, may be delivered via pallet or specialist courier services.
For pallet deliveries:

Customers must ensure suitable access for delivery vehicles

Appropriate offloading equipment may be required at the delivery location
If you are unsure whether your order requires pallet delivery, please contact us prior to ordering.
Delivery Delays
While we aim to meet stated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, adverse weather, or supply chain disruption.
Lifting Depot will not be liable for delays caused by such circumstances, but we will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed where possible.
Failed or Missed Deliveries
If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details, restricted access, or missed delivery attempts, additional delivery charges may apply.
Please ensure all delivery information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
Inspection of Goods
Customers should inspect goods upon delivery and notify us as soon as reasonably possible of any visible damage or shortages. Further details are provided in our Returns Policy.
